Random Plaza's Whois lookup - Works on domain names and IPv4 IPs. Additionally returns IPs of domain names. No CAPTCHA, full email addresses viewable, the only obstacle is you can only lookup one per minute. This function uses the same per minute throttling system and with same IP database for throttling as the forums. Fifty bytes max per lookup string. Only numbers, letters, and dots are allowed in the search string.
